The control systems are designed after a detailed specification sheet has been drawn up for the customer-specific tasks and requirements and are the focus of system development for the entire vehicle. TECO selects the necessary components from suppliers or creates the specifications according to which the new parts are then developed. TECO works out the logic plans and creates the corresponding circuit diagrams and parts lists.

The exact FEM strength calculations are the basis for a weight-optimized design and significantly reduce the cost of practical strength tests with the prototypes.

The demand for ever more powerful systems in the tightest and limited space requires a detailed simulation and the calculation of lever mechanisms. The consideration of the individual positions of the movement shows the space of components to one another and reduces the examination effort for tests on the prototype.
